Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Artwork
1. Intellectual Property
All artwork is the exclusive intellectual property of Sebastián Alejandro González Paul, operating under the trade name Acromyx. The purchase of a physical piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2. Reproduction and Usage Rights
Reproducing, distributing, or using images of the artwork without express written permission from Sebastián Alejandro González Paul is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, use in printed materials, digital media, promotional, or commercial purposes.
3. Certificate of Authenticity
Each piece of artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity, which guarantees its originality and provenance. This certificate must be kept with the artwork as proof of its value and authenticity.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are made exclusively through the Acromyx website using a credit card. Once payment has been confirmed, the artwork will be prepared for shipment within a maximum of 3 business days. If payment fails or irregularities are detected, Acromyx reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
5. Shipping and Delivery
•Responsibility: Responsibility for damage or loss during shipping lies with the contracted courier service. However, in extraordinary cases and at the discretion of Acromyx, the affected artwork may be replaced, subject to availability and up to a maximum of 35% of the artwork’s value.
•Shipping timeframe: The artwork will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation.
•Insurance: Additional insurance is recommended to ensure the protection of the artwork during shipping. The cost of insurance may be covered by the buyer if not included in the artwork’s price.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique nature of the artwork, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there are verifiable defects attributable to Sebastián Alejandro González Paul. In the case of returns due to defects, the review and refund process may take up to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned artwork. Additionally, 15% of the total artwork cost will be deducted to cover banking and shipping fees. Additional shipping costs associated with the return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Preservation of the Artwork
The buyer is responsible for the proper preservation of the artwork. It is recommended to avoid direct exposure to sunlight, humidity, or extreme conditions that may damage the materials.
8. Public Exhibition
If the artwork is to be publicly exhibited, the name Sebastián Alejandro González Paul must be credited. Where possible, notifying Acromyx about the exhibition is encouraged as recognition of the artist’s work.
9. Custom and Commissioned Artwork
For custom or commissioned pieces, the buyer must provide clear details about their requirements. Acromyx reserves the right to accept or decline modifications once the creation of the artwork has begun.
10. Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions are subject to change. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the most updated version before making a purchase.
